**As Marketing Coordinator **you’re a people person who is hyper organized, as well as a social media engagement pro. You make the link between the client and the Creative Teams in order to create top notch deliverables. You will lead client meetings, understand their needs, and then ideate campaigns, strategies, and deliverables based on those needs. You will expertly communicate this information to the Creative Teams and be responsible for deadlines on deliverables.

What makes you an MC? You’re all about the details. You can put yourself in a brand’s shoes and identify their voice. You get excited about laying out campaigns and coordinating content. You’re comfortable spending a lot of time on multiple screens to keep channels active and engaging. You’re up to date on what’s “cool” online - in other words, you’re capable of leveraging industry trends to bring our clients’ channels to the next level of visibility and engagement. Basically, you’re able to problem solve on the fly, you’re very personable, and you have experience in a fast paced marketing environment.

**WHAT YOU DO**
- Lead engaging client meetings.
- Create and coordinate multiple social media calendars each month.
- Plan and oversee the creation of deliverables across multiple departments including Copywriting, Graphic Design, Video, Animation, Web, and 3D Rendering.
- Lead and collaborate with the team on large and small scale projects, from long-term campaigns and brand strategies, to individual graphic posts and captions.
- Schedule and live post to our clients’ social media accounts
- Stay on top of multiple timelines and deadlines at once.
- Manage communication and engagement with the online community by replying to DMs, commenting on behalf of the client, and monitoring social media channels for industry trends.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
- Provide excellent customer service by showing your personality, reading the room, asking thoughtful questions, taking clear notes, and always delivering

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- An in depth knowledge of B2B marketing through experience or education.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
- Direct experience using social media management tools.
- Strong communication skills, needs to be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in CST time zone.

**WHAT’S A BONUS**
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools.
- Copywriting experience.

**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

This is a full-time, contract position. The schedule is Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST. Applicants must be in Montreal, Quebec. The salary is CAD $42,000 annually. Contract includes paid holidays and paid time off. A professional level of spoken and written English is a requirement for this role.
