We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and client relationship management. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and drive the growth of CodeMasters Agency.

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Collaborate with the SEO Specialist, web designer, and other team members to deliver customized digital solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business development strategies.
Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, web design, and SEO services.
~5 years' in business development, sales, or a related role within a digital agency or similar industry.
