Our client, a reputable full-service national firm is seeking a Legal Assistant - Floater, to assist in their team of legal professionals.
Ensure precise drafting, proofreading, and formatting of legal and general documents
Handle the preparation, filing, and serving of legal documents for court
Organize schedules, arrange meetings, and manage travel plans
Create and manage a filing system using iManage (DMS)
Familiarity with billing procedures and monthly preparation of client accounts
Foster positive relationships with colleagues and external contacts
Minimum 1 year of experience as working as a Litigation Legal Assistant, or Corporate Legal Assistant
Post-secondary education in legal administration or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office environment and legal-specific technical programs
