As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will lead the full spectrum of HR activities across Canada, act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, and you will help shape and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and enable our people to thrive. This role marries strategic work with hands on execution as we reimagine how HR work is done at Drake. Partner with the business leadership to deliver strategic HR guidance and implement global initiatives tailored to local needs.
Ensure timely execution of performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Be directly involved with talent acquisition, employee engagement, and the full employee life cycle activities such as on & off boarding, performance management, coaching, and terminations.
Manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decisions.

Minimum 3 years’ experience’ in an HR Business Partner role in a professional services or general services organization
Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders in enabling the operations of a business
