We are seeking a Production Scheduling Analyst to create and maintain accurate daily production schedules and medium-term plans, supporting facility readiness, changeovers, and maintenance projects. š Position Summary: This role ensures production efficiency by analyzing capacity, inventory, and material usage while coordinating closely with manufacturing and planning teams. Youāll play a key role in forecasting, reporting, and adjusting schedules to meet organizational goals. š Essential Duties & Tasks: Plan, maintain, and prepare reports on forecasts, material usage, quality control, defects, and volumes Review and analyze capacity utilization Manage internal plant transfers of material and outsourcing activities Gather data to determine forecast adjustments Collaborate with manufacturing and planning teams to align schedules Review and analyze inventory levels and demand; establish replenishment plans Provide information to adjust schedules for unforeseen conditions Ensure incoming shipments comply with purchase orders Coordinate with production operations on finished goods requirements Handle basic to moderately complex issues Perform other duties as assigned by management ā Qualifications, Education & Experience: Associateās degree preferred 3+ years of relevant experience in production scheduling or manufacturing Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills for planning, scheduling, and reporting across teams Solid working knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams, and Outlook Exceptional time management and organizational skills Proactive, self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving abilities Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion š Why Join Us?
