Your expertise in payroll principles and benefits administration will guide you in navigating a fast-paced, high-volume workload effectively. Expected to liaise with various teams, you’ll oversee payroll calculations, benefits deductions, and ensure compliance across all Canadian legal entities. A proactive approach and attention to detail will be vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities
• Process payroll accounting for hours, overtime, and deductions
• Oversee benefits rollout and manage employee enrollments
• Handle time and attendance management for hourly workers
• Initiate payments and maintain financial records
• Support special projects and generate ad hoc reports
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of payroll experience
• Valid Payroll designation (PCP or CPM)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
