You are a strategic and forward-thinking leader who will be involved in spearheading transformative changes across the organization, optimizing business processes by shifting mindsets and behaviours. You have a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques with demonstrated skills in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation and AI adoption.

You have:

  • Completion of a post-secondary education in a related field such as Psychology, Business/Public Administration, Organizational Design, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in leading enterprise-wide change and communications for complex organizational transformations, focused on change behaviour and the adoption of modern technologies
  • Certification in Change Management (CCMP), Prosci, or equivalent
  • Extensive project/portfolio management experience, preferably in partnership or matrix organizations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team development and stakeholder influence and provide strategic advice on corporate priorities and resource allocation
  • Curiosity to explore organizational structures and processes, staying updated on change management best practices and trends
  • Expert knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, and tools
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills to support change process and build consensus
  • Experience in communicating with stakeholders at various levels and maintain strong business alliances
  • Knowledge of learning methods, training needs assessment and design



What you will do:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end change management strategies for technology-driven initiatives across the organization
  • Provide leaderships skills to set the direction for AI initiatives including identifying opportunities for AI adoption, prioritizing projects, and aligning AI initiatives with business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the vision for change and foster buy-in for process optimization
  • Monitor the impact of change management initiatives on employees and organizational culture and develop steps to address concerns
  • Develop communication and engagement strategies and manage and mitigate risks throughout change projects, delivering a sustainment plan for a smooth transition
  • Evaluate business processes for optimization and automation using modern technologies and develop evaluation and intake processes to assess support needs
  • Evolve measurement and reporting of adoption and business benefits, monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver training programs for new technologies and processes and provide ongoing support and coaching for staff transitioning to new ways of working
