Relevant du directeur des finances immobilières, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration des processus et des activités de comptabilité mensuelle en tant qu'analyste financier principal - immobilier. COMPTABILITÉ :
La comptabilité générale et l'équilibre avec le rapprochement du bilan
Rapprochement bancaire
Collecter les données et rapprocher les données financières nécessaires pour le portefeuille immobilier du groupe.
Assurer l'établissement, le suivi et la conformité des rapports réglementaires avec les autorités gouvernementales dans chaque juridiction.
Assurer l'application des règles de gouvernance concernant la protection et l'intégrité des données de l'entreprise

L'ANALYSE FINANCIÈRE :
Développer des outils et des processus d'analyse de la rentabilité de chaque immeuble détenu
Élaborer des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs financiers à l'intention des gestionnaires et formuler des recommandations pour améliorer les résultats.

Collaborer à la gestion de la trésorerie
Bonne communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français
Esprit d'initiative et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets dans un environnement en évolution rapide
Connaissance avancée d'Excel
Connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Great Plains)

Baccalauréat en comptabilité

Today CAT is a conglomerate with companies in Canada, US and Mexico and is looking for a dynamic candidate to join its Real Estate Finance Team for the following opportunity in Coteau-du-lac/ Vaudreuil;

Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate

Reporting to the Director of Finance Real Estate, as Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate you will play a key role in helping in the process improvement and monthly accounting activities. You are a strong accountant with significant experience with financial reporting, process improvement, reconciliations and consolidation. ACCOUNTING:
Collaborate closely with the Finance Director regarding:
General Accounting and balancing with balance sheet reconciliation
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Receivables and Payables reconciliation partnering with AP/AR agent
Internal control and establish internal procedures to fo9llow for the Real Estate team
Collect data and reconcile the financial data necessary for the group’s real estate portfolio
Ensure the establishment, monitoring and compliance of regulatory reports with government authorities in each jurisdiction.
Management of new acquisitions and/or disposition of buildings:
Obtain all legal information to register accurately each new acquisition and/or disposition
Create a new business in our accounting system if necessary

Participate in the implementation of a building management system
Ensure the application of governance rules regarding the protection and integrity of company data

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS:
Develop tools and processes for analyzing the profitability of each building owns
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND RISK MANAGMENT:
Coordinate the financial planning process and the budget for each building as well as the real estate department
Collaborate to cash management
Good oral and written communication skills both in English and French
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Great Plains)

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Accounting title (CPA)
