PerksCompetitive salaryPaid day off on your birthdayExcellent benefit package with premiums paid by the companyRRSP MatchBoots/Shoe Allowance + Safety wearSafety-minded organizationContinuous training, learning and development opportunitiesFun-loving work environment with strong social responsibilityWhat You’ll Be DoingDuties and Responsibilities:Answer telephone inquiries from customers / sales and process all rental requests; escalate and communicate professionally & effectively.Maintain and document on-site inventories and communicate findings to staff daily; strong commitment to inventory control required.Process new rental contracts daily as per standard operating procedures.Single point of contact for cycle billing, contract filing, equipment exchanges, weekly open order contract report reconciliation etc.Coordinate with the service department on all rental equipment and service/repair issues to the rental fleet.Dispatch/coordinate with drivers to arrange delivery of construction equipment to customer jobsites.What You’ll Bring to the TeamQualifications and Requirements:Class 5 license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points) is required.Experience in the construction equipment rental industry is an asset.Comfortable with computers; knowledge of Systematic is an asset.Self-starter, customer service oriented and team player.Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.Available to work overtime when required.Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.Pride in what you doWant to learn more about this as well as other opportunities at Cooper?
