We are looking for a _**customer-oriented**_, _**motivated**_ individual to join our professional team as a **Parts and Service / Rental Coordinator **at our **Revelstoke, BC** branch

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Answer telephone enquiries from customers / sales and process all rental requests; escalate and communicate professionally & effectively.
- Maintain and document on site inventories and communicate findings to all staff daily; strong commitment to inventory control required.
- Process new rental contracts daily as per standard operating procedures.
- Single point of contact for cycle billing, contract filing, equipment exchanges, weekly open order contract report reconciliation etc.
- Coordinate with the service department on all rental equipment and service/repair issues to the rental fleet.
- Manage parts inventory, process warranty claims.
- Order/receive necessary parts by filling out purchase order.
- Follow up with venders on back ordered items.
- Match packing slips to receiver to invoice.
- File all documentation to facilitate an efficient A/P process.
- Coordinate the transfer of parts with the other branches.
- Follow-up with parts and service bills and orders.
- Enter and complete all work orders pertaining to role.
- Provide quotes and estimates to customers.
- Enter maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Maintain a system for tracking repairs and estimates.
- Work closely with shop to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate parts pickups with drivers.
- Assist with ensuring new units are fleeted and ready for rent.
- Ensure all shop supplies are stocked.
**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Qualifications and Requirements_
- Minimum of two years of experience in the customer service/retail/construction industry, preferably in the equipment rental industry is considered an asset.
- Self-starter, very customer service oriented and works well in a team environment.
- Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Comfortable with computers; knowledge of Systematic is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
