Cloudious LLC is one of the fastest emerging IT Solutions and Services company headquartered in San Jose, CA with their global offices in Canada, EMEA & APAC.We are currently hiring a seasoned ServiceNow Work place Delivery Architect who comes with a strong consulting mindset.ServiceNow Work place Delivery ArchitectMississauga, ON(Remote)Long Term ContractMinimum 7-15 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.Ability to conduct / lead/plan requirement gathering work shopsYou will be responsible for delivering out-of-the-box solutions like WSD Workplace Service Delivery.Technical Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with requirements and industry best practices. Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and overseeing complex scripting and configurations.Data Migration: Facilitate and lead data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Validate and strategize data migration to optimize ServiceNow data structures.At least 7 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience as developer / Dev leadWorking knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScript’s, JSON.Excellent / advance understanding and ability to script automated processes.Agile Scrum methodology ExperienceHands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systemsHands-on experience on building Custom ApplicationSolid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Portal Scripting in Angular JSCSS based UX/UI design & developmentUnderstanding of Angular based Client side & Server-side scriptsClient Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc.Client and Server APIs i.e., GlideDialogWindow, Glide Form, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.Hands-on experience in ITSM, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, Active Directory integration, B2B Integration and Virtual Agent.Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentialsGood oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skillsEnsures information is accurate and complete Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administrationMust be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teamsCertification a plusServiceNow Administration certificationServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist (Various Tracks)ServiceNow WSD CertificationRequired SkillsStrong ITSM Process knowledgeReporting & DashboardsGood understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs & Best PracticesNotifications & WorkflowsImport Sets, Transform MapsREST, SOAP IntegrationsService Portal Pages, Widgets, UI MacrosVirtual AgentClient & Server APIs, Script IncludesJavaScript, AJAX, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JSON, Agile Scrum Knowledge
