New Value Solutions, a nationwide IT consulting firm, is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to assist our client in spearheading the rollout of new mobile devices for an enterprise healthcare application.Responsibilities:Setup of new mobile devicesWork with the existing Procura Mobile team to setup, package, test all new mobile devicesOnsite distribution of new mobile devicesEach day go onsite to various locations swapping out existing phones with new mobile devicesTroubleshooting devise setup problemsWork with each CHW end user to log in to the new phone, setup Multi-factor authentication, setup and log into the mobile application, and validate all used apps are working properlySupport Procura Mobile TeamProvide support as required, taking direction from the Project ManagerAssist with ordering new mobile devicesGeneralSelf-Motivated works well in a fast-paced environment & project group.Work with PHSA Technical Services teamAble to work on multiple tasks with competing for demands to meet deadlines.Creative Thinking, Problem Solving, and has significant Interpersonal and Communication skills.Supportive of the transition from project to sustainment.Requirements:2+ years of experience working on mobile device setups in a healthcare environment2+ years of experience with onsite distribution, trouble shooting, and app setup with mobile devices2+ years of experience working with TELUS to order and receive new mobile devices2+ years of onsite experience working with CHWsMust have access to a carMust be willing to travel to sites located in the Lower Mainland, Sunshine Coast, Powell River, and North ShoreIf you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
