Haystax Mortgage is on a significant growth trajectory and is seeking a highly motivated and aggressive franchise sales professional.Candidates should have sales experience specific to the mortgage industry in Canada, or a proven strong franchise sales background.Candidates should be self motivated and be able to work with little direct supervision and be prepared to be accountable for performance measured against growth targets.This is an entry level position that will provide the successful candidate with future opportunities in leadership throughout the organization. This includes ownership opportunities within the broader Haystax organization.Haystax is an equal opportunity employer who considers skills, experience, passion for the role, and results above all else.Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years proven sales experience that can be verified.Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in mortgage brokering in Canada.Candidates that bring their own client list to the table will see stronger early success, but all candidates should also be prepared to cold call and drive leads.The position is a contract role with a base contract rate, plus aggressive 25% commission rate in addition to a residual bonus plan.
