Job Description

As a member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process, from initial sourcing to onboarding and beyond. Your primary focus will be on identifying, screening, and recruiting top talent for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of recruitment processes for positions ranging from entry-level to senior roles.
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment events.
  • Interviewing candidates in both English and French to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Providing recommendations and presenting candidate shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Assisting with bilingual onboarding and new hire documentation.
  • Tracking recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Fluency in French (Quebec) and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidate pools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
