Backed by a fifth-generation family-owned company, Spicers is a leading distributor of commercial print and business papers, specialty products, graphic solutions, sign & display equipment and materials, and packaging and facility supplies and equipment.We’re based in Vaughan, Ontario, with 16 regional locations that include custom manufacturing facilities in Edmonton, Toronto and Winnipeg, as well as cash and carry locations, product showrooms and equipment demo sites.We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Dartmouth, NS reporting to the to the Branch Manager, Sign Graphics.*Your Challenge:*Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, Sign Graphics, the duties and responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:* Receive customer orders and inquiries by telephone, fax or email and process orders in a professional and courteous manner;* Receive, process, adjust orders, and assist customers as required with the online GOSpicers site;* Receive customer complaints, research complaints and initiate corrective action to resolve problems;* Liaise with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure customer contracts are accurate and updated on a timely basis;* Flexibility to assist or support the warehouse when required, including helping with order processing, stock organization, or fulfilling customer needs as needed;* Your Qualifications:** Completion of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field considered an asset;* Proficient in using MS Office;* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;* Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:* Company pension* Dental care* Employee assistance program* Extended health care* Life insurance* On-site parking* Paid time off* Profit sharing* Tuition reimbursement* Vision care* Wellness programSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayApplication question(s):* Please state your annual salary expectations.
