CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scope new RFP opportunities across the business
  • Coordinate the responses to open RFP's with product & clinical specialists, regulatory representatives & regional sales team to ensure bid compliance
  • Respond to RFPs from Healthcare Facilities, including specific hospitals and GPOs, government entities, medical facilities.
  • Prepare product costing analysis for RFP submissions, and review bid margins & profitability
  • Liaise with product specialists to identify product equivalents and product specifications for proposals
  • Complete technical and business-related questions for tender responses
  • Liaise with Quality, Operations, Finance, Clinical and Product Specialists to ensure bids are accurate, compliant and complete, in time.
  • Order samples for bid submissions and table top evaluations related to bid submissions
  • Liaise with Account Managers and Hospitals to coordinate references for bid submissions
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on award notifications
  • Complete RFP debriefs upon win/loss notifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in a related field with 3-5 years of experience as an analyst
  • Ability to work under pressure with specific deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, and other Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Bilingual (French and English), both oral and written (required)

Le Gestionnaire Bilingue des Appels d'Offres est responsable d'identifier et d'évaluer les opportunités d'appels d'offres (RFP) à venir et de coordonner le processus de réponse.

Responsabilités principales

  • Rechercher et suivre les opportunités d'appels d'offres dans différents segments d'activité.
  • Gérer le processus de réponse aux appels d'offres en collaborant avec les experts produits et cliniques, les équipes réglementaires et les représentants des ventes régionales pour assurer la conformité.
  • Préparer et soumettre des réponses aux appels d'offres pour les établissements de santé, y compris les hôpitaux, les centrales d'achats (GPO), les organismes gouvernementaux et les institutions médicales.
  • Effectuer des analyses de coûts des produits pour les soumissions, en évaluant les marges et la rentabilité des offres.
  • Travailler avec les spécialistes produits afin d'identifier des équivalents et garantir l'exactitude des spécifications dans les propositions.
  • Rédiger les sections techniques et commerciales des réponses aux appels d'offres.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Qualité, Opérations, Finance, Clinique et Produits afin d'assurer l'exactitude, la conformité et la complétude des soumissions dans les délais impartis.
  • Organiser l'envoi d'échantillons pour les soumissions et les évaluations de produits en démonstration.
  • Coordonner avec les gestionnaires de comptes et les hôpitaux pour recueillir des références pour les soumissions.
  • Communiquer les résultats des appels d'offres aux parties prenantes internes.
  • Effectuer des analyses post-soumission pour évaluer les résultats des appels d'offres et recueillir des retours sur les gains et pertes.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme postsecondaire dans un domaine pertinent et 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle analytique.
  • Aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à établir des priorités efficacement.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Word et des autres applications Office.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec de solides aptitudes interpersonnelles.
  • Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit) – exigé.
