one to five years of legal experience in civil litigation, corporate and commercial services;
● experience in practice and office management;
● strong technical, legal, analytical and drafting skills;
● the ability to be flexible, including with changing priorities and timelines as required; the ability to work flexible hours when required to meet client demands.

a highly competitive base salary plus a performance component;
● starting salary will be based on your education, training and experience;
● work-life balance and flexible work hours (office hours are 8am-4pm);
