PineStone’s Client Relations team is looking for an intern to join our dynamic team for the Summer 2026 period (May-August 2026). During your internship, you will participate in PineStone's Client Relations team efforts. Support the completion of RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs (Requests for Information), DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaire) from consultants and potential clients
Update and maintain external and internal databases (eVestment, consultant databases, RFPIO, Client Manager Tool)
Support the creation and updating of documents such as strategy presentations, performance reports, commentaries, standard DDQ and Fund Factsheets
Collaborate on projects and initiatives as requested
Support in servicing existing clients and prospects
Enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or relevant field
Prior investment management internship experience, an asset
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Bilingual (French/English), an asset

L'équipe Relations Clients recherche un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique pour la période d'été 2026 (mai-août 2026). Vous serez responsable de soutenir divers activités de l’équipe Relations Clients. Soutenir la réalisation de Demandes de propositions, Demandes d'informations, Questionnaires de diligence raisonnable de la part des consultants et des clients potentiels
Mettre à jour et maintenir les bases de données externes et internes (eVestment, base de données de consultants, RFPIO, outil de gestion des clients)
Collaborer sur des projets et initiatives selon les besoins
Apporter un soutien dans la gestion des clients existants et potentiels
2e ou 3e année en Comptabilité, Finance, Économie ou dans un domaine pertinent
~ Expérience préalable de stage en gestion d'investissements, un atout
~ Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Outlook)
~ Solides compétences en gestion de projets et en organisation
~ Bilingue (français/anglais), un atout
