Your role is pivotal in defending the integrity of the architectural profession, ensuring our policyholders receive robust defence and cost-effective solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership Excellence: Guide a talented team, fostering an environment of growth, efficiency, and innovation.Strategic Coverage Analysis: Dive deep into policy details to ascertain coverage and strategize defence.Investigative Acumen: Lead thorough investigations to gather critical information for claim resolution.Financial Stewardship: Maintain precise financial oversight, ensuring judicious management of reserves and expenses.Expert Collaboration: Coordinate with a network of professionals to support effective claim resolution.Resolution Mastery: Craft and implement strategies for negotiation and settlement, managing the entire claim lifecycle with finesse.Documentation and Communication: Keep detailed records and maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders.Who We're Looking ForYou're not just any insurance professional.
