Building and maintaining strong team focused relationships is critical to the success of this position.As this role supports the Major Projects team, locations may vary by project also. Responsibilities:• Provide direct support to the client’s execution teams regarding the interpretation of applicable OHS Legislation, Industry standards & practices, H&S program components and worker training requirements.• Assist in the implementation of the client’s strategy and direction and goal alignment with the organization’s priorities.• Participating in the review of project specific safety documents and associated contractor performance meetings.• Ensure H&S planning is in line with the client’s business strategy and growth plans.• Steward safe performance with the client’s Operational Integrity Management System and related H&S requirements.• Assist in building and sustaining H&S capability platform tailored to business needs for field operations.• Keep the respective assets updated with relevant requirements and assist with compliance to H&S legislation.A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, ideally in Major Projects functions, specializing in the H&S Occupation.• Possesses strong Health & Safety management system technical knowledge.• Prepared to gain a detailed knowledge of all H&S standards, policies, and procedures.•
