We are seeking a highly motivated Paid Media Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will work to deliver complex paid media marketing campaigns across various verticals and industries. This role is a unique opportunity to work alongside highly talented digital marketers and leverage world-class ad technology.About the Role:As a Paid Media Marketing Strategist, you will own the strategy and decision-making behind our clients' ad accounts (Including Google, Meta and other paid ad channels), take charge of the ad copy process, and collaborate on C.R.O., offers and funnel testing. Working closely with our accounts team, you will ensure the P.P.C. campaigns align with and support clients' overall digital marketing goals. Beyond expert media buying and ad account management skills, paid media strategists at Digital Clicks are stakeholders in the growth and success of our clients. Roles & Responsibilities:Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.Serve as direct support to the client retention team.Regularly communicate with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on assigned tasks, work quality, and any improvements/optimizations we can make.Develop strategic direction for paid media accounts each quarter.Have the ability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels.Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.Confirm lead routing is accurate within the website or CRM.Responsible for personal productivity and utilization.Identify and communicate KPIs with the client retention team.Execute and optimize Paid Media (P.P.C.) advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels, focusing on competitor research, keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize R.O.I.About You:You have an undergraduate degree or college diploma in marketing or communications.You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience managing Paid Media campaigns. Agency experience is an asset.You are an expert in various Paid Media channels like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, etc. A proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel paid media campaigns.Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like GA4, Excel, and Looker Studio to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.Confident in sharing P.O.V.s on Paid Search topics and communicating solutions and ideas.Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.Equal parts competitive and curious; you're a problem solver by nature.You live on the cutting edge of the industry, always looking for opportunities to grow and share.Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.You're quality-obsessed and know that small details matter.Additional:You have a passion for marketing and an ambition to become a top-tier marketer.You have a strong understanding of the principles of copywriting.You have a proven track record of performance in e-commerce and lead-gen campaigns.You're analytical in nature and a creative problem solver.You're an excellent communicator and highly organized.Experience with the retail automotive industry is a bonus.
