RQ09993 – Senior Solution Architect (CRM) Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement Work Location: Toronto Start Date: December 8, 2025 End Date: December 9, 2026 Duration: 1 Year Note: Although currently listed as Onsite , this role is expected to operate in a Hybrid arrangement. The consultant will work 7.25 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding lunch). Work location and scheduling requirements may change based on OPS policies and project needs at the Hiring Manager’s discretion. Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of experience in design and development using Microsoft Power Platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong hands-on expertise with Azure technologies , Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps), .NET , DevOps , and CRM tools including MS Dynamics. Practical experience in service-oriented architecture (SOA) , object-oriented design , and user interface development . Experience & Skill Requirements Skills & Knowledge Proven experience leading architecture from conceptual design through to full implementation. Demonstrated leadership in developing and implementing technical architectures in large enterprise environments. Broad experience across multiple platforms, operating systems, environments, databases, communication protocols, middleware, and gateways. Strong understanding of system performance considerations across diverse environments. Expertise in structured design, development, and implementation methodologies. Extensive background in systems analysis and design for large-scale systems. Evaluation Criteria Criteria 1: Extensive Experience (10+ Years) — 40 Points Leadership in architectural design and delivery aligned with project implementation. Experience developing baseline architectures, API and integration models, and data mapping from databases to APIs. Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships, gain buy-in, and present architecture and design options. Experience producing solution architecture documentation. Ability to advise stakeholders on effective design, architecture, and implementation strategies. Strong experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics . Capability to mentor and guide project teams on architecture and implementation practices. Criteria 2: Technical Skills — 40 Points Experience working with Agile methodologies . Advanced hands-on knowledge of Azure technologies, Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Model-driven apps), .NET, DevOps, and MS Dynamics CRM . Expertise in SOA, object-oriented design , and UI development. Strong background in developing APIs and web services . Experience delivering both project and baseline architectures across Business and Information architecture domains. Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, methodologies, and artifact standards. Experience with business process and data modelling, analysis, re-engineering, and architecture. Knowledge of AODA regulations and accessibility compliance standards. Experience with both low-code and custom development approaches on Azure. Ability to prepare comprehensive architecture solutions, conduct reviews and walkthroughs, and analyze technical/business impacts, integration requirements, infrastructure needs, data access, and deployment considerations. Criteria 3: Communication, Consultation & Collaboration — 15 Points Strong communication skills, including preparation of clear solution documentation, reports, reviews, and assessments. Ability to present ideas effectively and maintain high-quality service for both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to communicate design and development concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Capable of providing strategic advice on architecture and system implementation to support ministry goals and program objectives. Criteria 4: Public Sector Experience — 5 Points Experience working within the Ontario Public Service (OPS) on Microsoft CRM solutions.
