About the Project:
The Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package encompasses the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of key project components.
Amico Affiliates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Supervisor to join the team on the ECWE–SRS Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining health and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment across all project activities.
Oversee daily site safety operations to ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable legislation.
Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and risk analyses to proactively identify and mitigate potential safety issues.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety orientations, and training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors.
Collaborate with project management and construction teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, including JSAs, permits, inspection reports, and training records.
Liaise with regulatory agencies and represent the company during audits or inspections as required.
Support emergency response planning and participate in drills to ensure site readiness.
Diploma or certification in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of construction site safety experience, preferably on civil infrastructure or large-scale projects.
Valid safety certifications such as COR, NCSO, or CRSP (asset).
Proficiency with MS Office and safety management systems.
