En tant que développeur.euse business central, vous utiliserez vos compétences et votre expérience pour aider l'organisation et les unités opérationnelles à atteindre leurs objectifs. Pour ce faire, vous devrez comprendre les objectifs, les processus et les données de l'entreprise et établir des relations efficaces avec les partenaires informatiques et opérationnels. En tant que membre clé de l'équipe informatique, vous utiliserez des pratiques de pointe pour maintenir, configurer et modifier le système de planification des ressources de l'entreprise (ERP) et les applications connexes afin d'optimiser leur utilisation pour fournir une valeur commerciale. Cela comprend la gestion et l'extraction de données pour l'établissement de rapports, l'analyse et la prise de décision.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :

  • Diriger/travailler avec l'équipe pour utiliser la technologie (applications, outils, données) afin de générer de la valeur commerciale ;
  • Motivé et doté d'un sens développé du service à la clientèle (interne et externe) ;
  • Grâce aux technologies modernes, permettre à l'organisation d'améliorer l'efficacité des processus, d'effectuer des analyses et de prendre des décisions ;
  • Établir des données structurées à partir desquelles des rapports, des tableaux de bord et des outils d'analyse efficaces peuvent être générés pour surveiller et gérer les processus ;
  • Travailler avec une équipe pour identifier, évaluer, sélectionner et mettre en œuvre efficacement des solutions technologiques et en assurer la maintenance ;
  • Le cas échéant, fournir des conseils, une formation et un soutien aux utilisateurs finaux ;

CE QUE NOUS CHERCHONS :

  • Formation : Diplôme universitaire en informatique ou en génie logiciel ;
  • ERP/MRP : expérience de développement avec des systèmes ERP populaires, de taille moyenne à grande, dans un environnement de fabrication - de préférence Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ;
  • Gestion et intégration des données : Maîtrise du langage SQL et de la gestion des mouvements de données à l'aide d'outils tels que les services Web, ETL et ESB entre le système ERP et d'autres systèmes ;
  • Cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC) : Expérience des méthodologies de développement de projets telles que Agile, Scrum ou Waterfall ;
  • Analyse des données : Capacité à analyser les données de l'entreprise et à générer des informations - de préférence expérience avec des outils tels que Power BI, Tableau, ou des solutions de reporting personnalisées;
  • Exécution : Communiquer efficacement, être capable de travailler de manière indépendante et avec une équipe diversifiée, et gérer des priorités et des échéances concurrentes ;
  • Préférable : Bilinguisme français/anglais (parlé et écrit) ;
  • Préféré : Expérience en développement .Net ;
  • Préférable : Expérience des méthodologies modernes de gestion des données et de la gouvernance des données - par exemple, la gestion des données structurées, les lacs de données.

SUMMARY

As an IT Developer Business Central, you will utilize your skills and experience to help the organization and business units achieve its goals. This will involve understanding the business objectives, processes, and data and establishing effective relationships with IT and operational partners. As a key member of the IT team, you will use leading practices to maintain, configure, and modify the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) and related applications to optimize their use to provide business value. This includes managing and extracting data for reporting, analysis, and decision making.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS :

  • Motivated and has a developed sense of (internal and external) customer service;
  • Lead/work with the team to utilize technology (applications, tools, data) to generate business value;
  • With modern technology, enable the organization to improve process efficiency, perform analysis, and decision making;
  • Establish structured data from which effective reports, dashboards, and analytics tools may be generated to monitor and manage processes;
  • Work with a team to identify, evaluate, select, and effectively implement and maintain technology solutions;
  • Where needed, provide end-user guidance, training and support.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM :

  • Education: University degree in computer science or software engineering;
  • ERP/MRP: Development experience with popular, medium-to-large ERP systems in a manufacturing environment – preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central;
  • Data management and integration: Proficient with SQL and managing data movement with tools such as Web services, ETL and ESB between the ERP and other systems;
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Experience with project development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall;
  • Data Analytics: Ability to analyze business data and generate insights – preferably experienced with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or custom reporting solutions;
  • Execution: Communicate effectively, be able to work independently and with a diverse team, and manage competing priorities and deadlines;
  • Preferred: French/English bilingualism (spoken and written);
  • Preferred: Experience with .Net development;
  • Preferred: Experience with/exposure to modern, large data management methodologies and data governance – e.g. structured data management, data lakes.
