🚀 HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor – Consumer Packaged Goods 📍 Greater Toronto Area | Hybrid Are you a top-performing HR Advisor ready to make the jump into an HR Manager role — or an HR Manager looking for a stronger platform within Consumer Packaged Goods ? We are supporting a confidential search for an HR professional to join a best-in-class, global CPG organization known for strong brands, high standards, and a performance-driven culture. This role reports directly into the Head of HR and is ideal for someone with a strong execution mindset who wants to continue building a long-term career in CPG. 💼 The Role This is a hands-on, execution-focused role partnering closely with senior leaders and frontline teams. You’ll be responsible for translating HR strategy into practical, day-to-day action , with strong visibility and mentorship from the Head of HR. This is not a policy-only role — we’re looking for someone who gets things done . 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Act as a trusted HR partner to business and site leadership • Execute core HR programs across employee relations, performance management, and talent development • Support leaders through change, organizational effectiveness, and day-to-day people matters • Drive engagement initiatives that reinforce a high-performance culture • Ensure consistent execution of HR policies and practices • Partner with HR COEs to deliver against business priorities 🎯 What We’re Looking For • HR Manager experience or a strong HR Advisor ready to step into a broader role • Background in CPG, manufacturing, or fast-paced environments preferred • Proven execution capability with the ability to move quickly from strategy to action • Hands-on, accountable, and comfortable operating close to the business • Strong business acumen and credibility with leaders at all levels • Clear desire to grow and advance within the CPG industry ⭐ Why This Opportunity?• Join a market-leading global CPG organization • Direct exposure and mentorship from the Head of HR • High-visibility role with real ownership and influence • Competitive compensation and hybrid work model
