Director of Procurement & Supply Chain at PixMob

As Director of Procurement & Supply Chain , you'll oversee and optimize all procurement and supply chain functions, ensuring smooth execution from sourcing to quality control. You'll have a pivotal role in shaping our supplier strategy, industrializing new products, and ensuring we deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Sourcing & Supplier Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Purchasing & Inventory : Oversee purchasing activities, optimize inventory levels, and ensure a balance between demand and supply.
Production Planning : Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to develop and maintain an efficient production plan aligned with company goals.
Quality Control (QC) : Ensure that suppliers meet PixMob's quality standards, working closely with the QC team to resolve any issues.
Cost Management & Cost Reduction : Identify opportunities for cost savings and drive initiatives to improve cost efficiency across procurement and supply chain operations.
S&OP and Planning : Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning with business objectives.
Team Management and influential leadership : Drive the procurement team for growth, have a positive influence in the company and be ready to roll up your sleeves to solve operational challenges.
Champion of Change Management : Be a leader of influence and make change management a positive experience for the team and all stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations to align procurement with customer requirements and business objectives.

8+ years in procurement, supply chain, or operations, preferably in electronics, hardware, or consumer goods manufacturing.
~ Proven managerial experience building and leading high-performing teams. Solid experience in change management.
~ Strong data-driven decision-making abilities.
~ Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supplier negotiations, and quality control best practices.
~ Experience working in a manufacturing and/or contract manufacturing environment, particularly in a high-volume setting.
