Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a property management company located in Toronto, ON. We are looking to hire a Residential Property Manager to join their team on a contract basis of 12 months, which has the possibility of extension/ permanent. This candidate will be working from their Toronto Office on a full time basis.


Manage all aspects of property operations, ensuring properties meet high standards of efficiency and performance.
Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct property inspections and maintain detailed operational records.
Handle leasing of rental residential units, including tenant sourcing, lease renewals, and onboarding processes.
Collect rent payments and address any delinquency issues in alignment with company policies.
Travel between properties across Toronto to conduct inspections, meet with tenants, and oversee operations as needed.
Work closely with leadership to implement innovative property management strategies.

1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
~ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
~ Familiarity with property management software (experience with Yardi is an asset).
~ Knowledge of Ontario’s Residential and Commercial Tenancy Acts.
~ A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for property visits
