Network Administrator
Network Infrastructure Management:
Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN/WLAN networks, including VLAN segmentation and QoS configurations .
Administer the DHCP, DNS, and IP address management (IPAM) to ensure stable network operations.
Optimize Wi-Fi networks , including implementing RADIUS authentication, mesh networking, and guest VLANs .
Implement and manage network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds) to proactively identify performance bottlenecks.
Provide technical support and guidance to employees regarding network and system-related issues.
Configure Next-Gen Firewalls (NGFWs) and apply security policies, including Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) .
Implement VPN solutions (SSL/IPSec, Site-to-Site, Remote Access VPNs) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) .
Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
Microsoft Certified: CompTIA Security+ or CySA+

Technical Skills:
Networking: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN
PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible
Monitoring & Automation: PRTG, Solarwinds

Ability to work independently within a small IT team while managing multiple projects.
A security-first mindset and a proactive approach to risk mitigation .
