With an industry-leading NPS, Virtuo has earned the trust of its homeowners as their home concierge. In the role of Concierge Support you will be the go-to for completing move related tasks assigned by the Move Expert. Leveraging your resourcefulness and attention to detail, you will find tailored and innovative solutions to unique client challenges. Be the operational support for client facing Move Experts to deliver an unmatched experience
Conduct timely research to provide various recommendations and solutions to client requests as assigned by the Move Expert
Tech-savvy (proficient in MS Office, and quick to adapt to other platforms)
~2-3 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on administrative tasks
~ Bi-lingual an asset
~ Self-motivated and highly independent, requiring minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
~ Skilled at multitasking, with the flexibility to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
