Join our client's Accounting team as a Billing & Collections Clerk We're seeking an individual who can ensure precise and prompt processing of client billings while effectively managing accounts receivable collections. Alongside these primary responsibilities, you'll also provide support across various areas within the Accounting Department. If you're a recent graduate, we encourage you to applyResponsibilities:Collaborate with legal assistants to draft and finalize accountsMaintain accurate records of firm receipts and daily depositsKeep client collections reports up to dateParticipate in monthly meetings with partners to review accounts receivablesProactively follow up with clients regarding overdue accountsPerform additional tasks as assignedRequirements:Completion of a University or College Accounting programPreferably 1 year of experience in professional servicesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with legal accounting software and document management systems (e.g., iManage) is advantageousExceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication abilities to foster relationships and deliver exceptional client serviceSelf-motivated individual who thrives both independently and in team settingsMeticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbility to exercise good judgment and respond positively to feedbackTDS Personnel is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing employment in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
