DESCRIPTION DU POSTE· Être la personne contact pour le support client pour les utilisateurs du Canada anglais :· Entretenir des relations positives tout en s’assurant que chaque échange permet au client de maximiser le potentiel d’Ezfocus; Responsable des formations et du coaching à distance, de la création de vidéos et de la mise à jour des documents disponible · Identifier les demandes clefs de clients concernant les améliorations/corrections et communiquer celles-ci à son supérieur / coordonner ces demandes avec l’équipe des analystes et programmeurs · Tester le système une fois que les améliorations ou les changements sont faits · Informer les clients des améliorations ou des changements · Faire des présentations aux clients pour augmenter leur forfait ou adhérer à des modules supplémentaires· Supporter l’équipe des analystes avec la mise à jour de données de base sur SQL · Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les clients et nos partenaires · Voyagement : approximativement 5-10% du tempsPOURQUOI VENIR TRAVAILLER AVEC NOUS?télétravail et horaires flexiblesNous sommes une petite équipe grandissante; opportunités de carrière et impact sur la progression de l’entreprisePour utiliser les plus récentes technologies et techniques en matière de développementNous offrons un programme de formation et de perfectionnement en continu Nous offrons une rémunération concurrentielleQUALIFICATIONS· Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie de l’alcool· Bilingue · Ezfocus· Microsoft Excel (intermédiaire)· Expérience national un atout COMPÉTENCESAutonomie et sens des responsabilités développé Capacité de travailler sous pression et respecter les échéanciers Habileté à travailler en équipe tout en étant capable de travailler de façon automne Faites-nous parvenir votre CV à : marika@ezfocus.
