With 14 locations from Colwood up to Campbell River and over to Powell River, we are an active participant in the communities that we serve, and we understand that our stores play an important role in these small towns.
Here is an opportunity to join the management team with a growing Vancouver Island company. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager with experience to work with our team in our Royal Bay store in Victoria, BC Management experience is a plus.

Leading a team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource to the store’s management team and team members; Supporting the Store Manager with overall store operations; acting as their backup in all store related matters and helping achieve the vision for the store.

Supporting the communication of key messages to the store’s management team and/or team members to inspire alignment with key business objectives.
Using business/HR metrics and dashboards to monitor and improve the performance of the entire store.
Using knowledge of the community, competitive environment, and industry to develop entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business.
Performing all job duties throughout the store as needed, including lifting weight (up to 50 lbs.), Post-Secondary education with a business focus (considered an asset).
Food Safe Certification.
