Recognized as leaders in their field by Best Lawyers in Canada, Chambers Canada, Chambers Global, and Lexpert.Office conveniently located in Toronto’s Financial District Draft corporate legal documents (i.e.: incorporations, amalgamations, arrangements, acquisitions, reorganizations, amendments etc.);- Preparing transactional documentation relating to corporate acquisitions, restructurings and reorganizations;- and- Perform general and annual corporate maintenance. Requirements: - 5+ years’ experience in corporate law;- Law Clerk diploma or certificate from an accredited institute;- Knowledge of corporate law in Canadian jurisdictions other than Ontario and Federal;- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects while under pressure;- and- Strong proficiency with MS Office and Adobe.
