We offer two products to serve our clients, a text-bot and email assistant.STAN is also an award-winning platform, having been recognized by Rogers, FedEx, George Brown College, StartUp Canada, the Waterloo Accelerator Centre, and more To learn more, feel free to visit our website at You'll DoWork on developing the first A.I. assistant for residential buildings/communitiesDevelop proprietary NLP/NLU management system to automate complex user conversationsEnd-to-end software development process from ideation to productionMaintain high code quality and engineering best practicesAssist with onboarding of new clients, from collecting data to scripting and updating client knowledge bases.Liaise directly with senior executives of current and prospective clientsDemonstrate leadership skills working across organizational boundariesSkills You'll NeedReact (UI - Bootstrap/Material UI, State Management - Redux/Recoil)TypeScript / JavaScriptMongoDB and MySQL (As we work with both RDBMS and NoSQL Databases)REST API development with Node JS (Preferably Serverless)Experience architecting and deploying Software Products to Cloud Providers like Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or AzureFocused on building and shipping products, passionate about building a businessExperience with Git and GitHubKnowledge of CI tools such as JenkinsPython ScriptingExperience That Will HelpBachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript, Python, and React libraries3+ years of experience in API, Web UI development with Reactjs, NodejsExperience with NLP, NLU, and/or machine learning is preferredExperience with cloud deployment and migration is preferred.Startup experience or experience working in small teams preferredCompensation: Range is $110,000/year to $200,000/year depending on experience.
