Develop and maintain cost templates and lead the consolidation process. Prepare budget and forecast presentations for leadership. Conduct monthly variance analysis and identify necessary accruals. Produce and present monthly reports on mix and margin analysis, business optimization, and department expenses.Maintain and update profitability models for key customers and products. Provide strategic recommendations based on profitability analysis. Support business leads in addressing issues and challenges.Lead the CAPEX process, including review, tracking, and analysis of requests. Develop ROI requests and conduct post-audits on capital expenditures.
