Our reputable client in the agriculture sector is seeking an FP&A Analyst for 6 months, which has the potential to convert into a permanent role. This role will be based 100% onsite in Delta. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, this is a newly-created role and a great opportunity to be a business partner to the key leaders in the business. You will be responsible for the following: Supporting the FP&A Manager to standardize, improve current financial models and perform scenario analysis Preparing the annual budget, forecasting, re-forecasting and variance analysis Analyzing financial and operational data to report on KPIs to senior leadership Working closely with the Cost Accountant to provide analysis on the costing model and identify profitability Acting as a business partner to translate financial and operational data into key insights and recommendations for the business to make strategic decisions To be considered for this opportunity, you are a designated Finance Professional (CPA or equivalent), with 5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of inventory/costing. In addition to the above, the following skills are also desired:Prior experience working as a business partner to senior leaders in the organization Strong financial modelling experience Power BI and/or Tableau experience is a pre-requisite Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you are an experienced accounting and financial professional, please submit your resume noting "FP&A Analyst - Manufacturing" in the subject line.
