The Product Onboarding Support role represents our client who is a passionate global leader in interactive whiteboard technology. You’ll be the product ambassador for a software application who helps set-up, onboard, and educate customers via outbound and inbound calls. So, you need to be a naturally curious person and someone who wants to get to know your customer’s needs to help them accomplish their goals. Your mission is to drive adoption, maximizing the value of their already-purchased software investment.

To be happy in this job, you are someone who enjoys talking to others and prefers calling over texting – you are a natural people-person. To be successful in the role, you need an aptitude for understanding technology; you’re not a technical coder or developer, but you’re comfortable learning and speaking to the features of a technical software application.

*Here’s the deal:*
* This is a full-time, contract position starting Mid July 2024 and ending March 28th, 2025. There may be a possibility that the contract extends beyond March 28th.
* Bilingual hourly rate of pay is $21.50.
* You must be available to work 40 hours/week for five, eight-hour shifts between 9:00am-5:00pm AT, Monday through Friday (hours of operation may change as per business needs).
* Full-time training is provided and will be in a fully-online classroom.
* We will provide all the equipment you need. You’ll need to have hard-wired internet with upload/download speeds that meet our testing minimums, a desk and chair.

*What You’ll Do:*
* Engage and help existing customers with initial software onboarding and set up via outbound and inbound calls, and support tickets in both French and English interchangeably.
* Conduct needs assessments and be the product ambassador to educate your customers via expertise regarding benefits, features, and functionalities to drive usage and adoption to achieve their goals.
* Document progress and manage support tickets within our internal management tools.
* Follow risk and compliance processes and client policies to achieve productivity and quality goals.
* Collaborate with the Senior Customer Success team for progress insights.
* Maintain current knowledge of software products to be able to continuously act as the product support expert.

*What You Need to Succeed:*
* Experience using CRM software, or tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspaces is preferred.
* Proven curiosity, and an aptitude for learning software technology and to continuously learn the unfamiliar.
* Demonstrated confidence, and professionalism to communicate directly with varying senior stakeholders - you’ll need to be a clear, and effective communicator in both French and English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to identify the right resources to resolve to problems.
* Proven ability to manage your time in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and requirements.
