Leasing Manager II / Asset Management AssociateDescription: The Asset Management Associate is responsible for providing analytical support and recommendations to the Asset Management Directors and Head of Eastern Canada, while helping to execute on annual asset strategies.Responsibilities: Prepare proposals, NPV/IRR/NER analysis and deal recommendations to be submitted to the Asset Management Directors for review and approval.Review and audit quarterly appraisals.Review and/or prepare offers to lease, lease agreements, and other documents relating to existing and prospective tenants.Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and brokers.Track and maintain encumbrance list, stacking plans and floor plans.Qualifications:- University degree.3-5 years of experience. Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, and ARGUS.Excellent customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills.Superior flexibility in the face of ambiguous situations, shifting demands and challenging work environments.Good problem solving and analytical skills applied to complex and new situations requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation.Knowledge of Real Estate legal documents i.e. leases, sublease agreements, indemnity agreements, consent forms and knowledge of real estate markets and trends.**Candidate should be flexible with in office work schedule.
