The Opportunity We are seeking a Sr Quality Assurance Specialist to join a dynamic project within a large-scale organization. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills and experience in finance systems testing, who thrive in multidisciplinary IT environments. What You'll Do Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for finance systems. Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support system enhancements and validate integration with financial processes. Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within an innovative environment. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Studies or minor in Finance or Accounting considered a strong asset. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, testing, or quality assurance within a large organization. Knowledge of IFRS17 Insurance Contracts and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry is a major advantage. Leadership qualities, team spirit, and ability to work independently. Core Skills Required Proficiency in Office 365 , Excel , Visio , Jira , Snowflake , and RDBMS tools (e.g., Toad, MS SQL Server). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingualism (English and French) to interact regularly with colleagues across Canada.
