The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience doing the same work. This position will be completing the full AP cycle and processing invoices. If the candidate has experience in Abbvie system that would be a bonus. Job Description: Assists the accounts payable team with tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Performs activities under moderate supervision. Key Responsibilities: Processes invoice administration and set up for payment. Prepares and processes accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments. Answers vendor inquiries and reconciles vendor statements. Prepares analysis of accounts. Resolves invoice discrepancies. Assists in month end closing. Participates in projects related to Accounts Payable improvement.
