We concentrate on the design and delivery of digital health tools and platforms to support the ongoing evolution of a connected health system and digitally enabled health care. By collaborating with all provincial health sector partners, we ensure an equitable approach to addressing health sector priorities.We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Site Lead / Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the potential to work across various delivery projects within our expanding portfolio. The Senior Project Manager/Site Lead, working closely with Business Analysts, Project Coordinators, etc., will play a key role in leading project activations, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes. With a focus on flexibility and growth, this position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of delivery projects (e.g., site deployments/activations, CRM initiatives). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring the seamless implementation of projects.Services Required: Lead project(s) and coordinate efforts to achieve project objectivesCollaborate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, Doctors of BC, and vendors, to ensure project successServe as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining open communication, and managing relationships with stakeholdersIdentify, assess, and manage project risks proactively to mitigate potential negative impacts on project outcomesCoordinate and chair project meetings, facilitating effective communication among project resources, and documenting findings and recommendationsProvide regular updates to leadership and relevant committees on project progressDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records, to ensure transparency and accountabilityManage project scope changes and obtain necessary approvalsControl project financials, resource usage, issues, and risksEscalate significant issues and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutionsPerform project management processes in accordance with PMO standardsAdapt to changing project needs and priorities, contributing to the success of various delivery projects within the portfolioOther duties as requiredSpecific Qualifications or Experience Required: A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or project management, including training and/or experience in leading and coordinating all aspects of a project: Five (5) years' recent, related experience in project management and facilitating consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups, including the vendor communityExtensive experience communicating with clinical/non-clinical staff, senior leadership, and other stakeholdersAbility to adapt and respond to changing project needs and prioritiesProject Management Professional (PMP) designation preferredExperience working in BC Health Authorities considered an assetKnowledge of OceanMD and EMR systems considered a strong assetExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple Agile projects simultaneouslyProven leadership abilities and a strong track recordForward-thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of how various technologies fit together in a provincial health ecosystem to deliver servicesExperience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologiesAbility to coordinate, prioritize, and complete multiple tasksProficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectSeniority Level Descriptions: SeniorAn absolute minimum of eight (8) years of directly related Consulting Category experience.A Certificate in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of six (6) years of related Consulting Category experience; orA Diploma in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of five (5) years of related Consulting Category experience; orA Degree in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of four (4) years of related Consulting Category experience
