Must Have skills:8 year’s experience as a TPM in techSystem Integration Experienceproject and issue tracking software, such as JiraStakeholder Management ExperienceAbility to do technical Deep-DivesCS degree or equivalentQualifications and Experience:Basic Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Electronics or equivalent Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree“Supplemental” Skills, Plusses:eCommerce projectsplatform migrations.Solution deliveryDetailed Job DescriptionResponsibility and be accountable of the program area and drive the end-to-end delivery of initiatives for your programwith cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance for successful delivery for our customersend to end launch plan across multiple cross-functional teamscommunication plansand track risks to project delivery and overall program scheduleorganizational change efforts that impact different cross-functional teamsadherence to PLC and SDLC while maintaining visibility to Release Managementleadership and cross-functional teams updated on project timelines and resultsexisting processes and make recommendations to drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies to improve efficiency and effectivenessRequirements Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Electronics or equivalentof 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degreeusing project and issue tracking software, such as Jiraworking cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Research, Engineering, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Supportin working with all hierarchy levels including Executive team membersto lead without authority in order to drive cross-functional teams towards completion of their deliverablesand verbal communication skills that reflect clear thinking and clear messaging across different cohorts of audiencePreferred delivering eCommerce projects and platform migrationexperience driving initiatives with engineering teamsnew way to problem solving and delivering solutionsnegotiation skills with cross-functional teams (influencer)at taking care of ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environmentto develop strong cross-team relationships and partnerships in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholdersto work in a multifaceted, fast paced environment, prioritize your work and manage your timeAdditional Notes/CommentsLocation: Bay Area or Seattle no remote Hybrid Role: Onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays Experience: 5-8 years experience as a TPM in tech System Integration Experience - Must have Stakeholder Management Experience - Must have Ability to do technical Deep-Dives - Must have CS degree or equivalent - Must have The TPM has to be more technical than a program manager. They need to be technical enough to work with the Dev teams but be able to translate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. We are not looking for Scrum Masters or Sprint Masters.
