Detailed Job Description
Responsibility
- and be accountable of the program area and drive the end-to-end delivery of initiatives for your program
- with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance for successful delivery for our customers
- end to end launch plan across multiple cross-functional teams
- communication plans
- and track risks to project delivery and overall program schedule
- organizational change efforts that impact different cross-functional teams
- adherence to PLC and SDLC while maintaining visibility to Release Management
- leadership and cross-functional teams updated on project timelines and results
- existing processes and make recommendations to drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Electronics or equivalent
- of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- using project and issue tracking software, such as Jira
- working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Research, Engineering, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support
- in working with all hierarchy levels including Executive team members
- to lead without authority in order to drive cross-functional teams towards completion of their deliverables
- and verbal communication skills that reflect clear thinking and clear messaging across different cohorts of audience
Preferred
- delivering eCommerce projects and platform migration
- experience driving initiatives with engineering teams
- new way to problem solving and delivering solutions
- negotiation skills with cross-functional teams (influencer)
- at taking care of ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
- to develop strong cross-team relationships and partnerships in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
- to work in a multifaceted, fast paced environment, prioritize your work and manage your time

Location: Bay Area or Seattle no remote Hybrid Role: Onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays Experience: 5-8 years experience as a TPM in tech System Integration Experience - Must have Stakeholder Management Experience - Must have Ability to do technical Deep-Dives - Must have CS degree or equivalent - Must have The TPM has to be more technical than a program manager. They need to be technical enough to work with the Dev teams but be able to translate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. We are not looking for Scrum Masters or Sprint Masters.
