Consumer Affairs Representative- Contract

Overall ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Supervisor, Regulatory and Consumer Affairs the Consumer Affairs Representative is responsible to provide general and technical information relating to the use of Jamieson products to consumers (end product users) of both Jamieson (domestically and internationally), as well as other branded products (ie. Kirkland, Alcon etc.), health care practitioners (including pharmacists, naturopaths, doctors, nurses etc.), and members of the Jamieson team. This is a short term contract, Hybrid opportunity with coming into the office several days a week either Windsor, Ontario or Toronto, OntarioSpecific Key Responsibilities & DutiesProvide product and technical informationMaintain a positive relationship with users of our productsMaintain and continuously update available product and ingredient literature through on-going researchHandle customer enquiries quickly and to the customer's satisfactionlnitiate investigations, keep accurate records and respond quickly to all enquires received oTrack trends in consumer enquires and concerns on a quarterly basis and prepare a reportAd hoc report preparation on specific consumer related enquiriesQuickly inform and work with relevant internal departments of possible quality issues/concerns which must be addressed/resolvedHealth & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities ProcedureWill comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. facilitiesOther duties and projects as deemed necessaryMust be bilingual- FrenchKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequirementsDemonstrated experience in Customer Service and able to communicate and relate well with the publicSuperior communication skills and bilingual (English/French)Background in a science-related field (i.e. chemistry, biology, nutritional-sciences) an assetGood problem solving skillsBe computer literate and proficient (Microsoft Office)Have the ability to obtain results with minimal supervision
