We are seeking a Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our cloud Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients cloud infrastructure. You’ll be supported by leaders who care about your health and well-being and provide you with opportunities to deepen your skills and broaden your horizons.Come join our team—one of the largest IT and business consulting services firms in the world.Your future duties and responsibilities· Manage cloud infrastructure components, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security resources.· Manage container infrastructure components· Provide expertise and leadership regarding Cloud for both infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud.· Monitor and optimize the performance of Cloud services, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system functionality.· Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and ensure business continuity for critical applications and data.· Implement and maintain security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance standards.· Automate routine operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.· Solve exciting technical challenges by analyzing, troubleshooting, and designing vital services, platforms, and infrastructure while always thinking about reliability, scalability, resilience, security, and performance.· Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of the production services you collaborate with.· Help build a Site Reliability Engineering culture across the organization by sharing your best practices, approaches, documentation, and code with other engineering teams.· Document your system knowledge as you acquire it over time, create runbooks, and ensure critical system information is readily available to those who need it.Required qualifications to be successful in this roleBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).· Bilingualism French and English is an asset· Must have or have the ability to obtain SECRET level Government of Canada Security Clearance.· Proven experience as a cloud specialist, with a focus on Azure, AWS and/or GCP cloud services.· Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.· Strong proficiency in containerization infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift..)· Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, etc.) and scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, etc.).· Cloud certifications (e.g.,Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Solutions Architect, AWS Solution Architect …) are highly desirable.· Strong knowledge of Cloud services, including VMs, networking, storage, databases, and security.· Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Nexxus, SonarQube, BucketAV,..) is a plus.· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.· 3-5 years of experience as a cloud specialist.#INDCGIC
