We are currently seeking dynamic, guest experience focused Jr. Servers to join our team of dedicated wine and food enthusiasts. The successful candidate will have the ability to display a professional and engaging attitude while being able to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. For Jr Server we are looking for someone with:
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Guest/Customer service excellence focused
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
On your shift you will be:
• Helping create an ideal experience for our guests.
• Running food and describing the dish to the guest with great onstage demeanour
• Assisting with back duties - polishing cutlery and plates and completing daily restaurant duties
• Supporting in all phases of service (bread, water, coffee, mis en place) & following our steps of service
• Clearing and setting tables
• Assisting with setups and takedowns
