We are urgently hiring for Business System Analyst in Toronto (Hybrid working model)Duration: 12 months ContractClient Domain: Banking & FinancialJob Description: - Expert in use case activity diagrams ○ System use cases showing interaction between user/DCT systems/supporting actors ○ Propter notation ○ System use cases are NOT screen flow - Understanding and working with business rules and how they relate to systems - Understanding data and data movement; integration with external systems - Facilitating requirement discussions with business and technical resources - Expert in understanding the software development lifecycle - Collaborate with UX and content teams - Supporting QA and using QA tools to do that support Must haves: 1. 5+ years of experience as a BSA with previous FI experience 2. Confluence/JIRA/MS Teams/ALM 3. Expert in use case activity diagrams and transforming use cases into stories/scenarios/acceptance criteria for Dev/QA workflow and consumption Nice to have: - Previous online/mobile banking experience - CBAP Certification
