Position: Business Systems AnalystLocation: Toronto – HybridRequired Skills:1. Business Systems Analyst Experience2. Experience with Agile methodology3. CSPO or PSPO Certification PreferredRoles & Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage project documentation, track progress, and report on milestones.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions and articulate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Lead the effort in backlog grooming and sprint planning, prioritizing tasks to align with business goals.Provide training and support to team members on Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence to enhance project delivery.Implement best practices in project management and process improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Continuously assess project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that can benefit the organization.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Agile environments.Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence is mandatory.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.A solid understanding of business process reengineering and improvement methodologies.Commitment to continuous professional development in Agile methodologies and business analysis tools.Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, actionable tasks.Experience in facilitating training and workshops on project management tools and best practices.RegardsPatrick FernandezTalent Acquisition Group - Strategic Recruitment Manager
