Upstate NY (Up To CA $634,477.50 ) Location: North Country / Upstate, NY Company: PDS Management Services, LLC Schedule: (2-5 days a week) About the Opportunity: Pedodontist (Open Criteria) or General Dentist (Minimum 2 years of pediatrics), desiring to work in a fast-paced highly-lucrative practice with consistent patient flow and the latest technology and equipment to enhance productivity. This opportunity is for dedicated associates that are searching for the ability to take a clinical leadership role with the support of a robust DSO back-office with a Provider first philosophy. You can make a difference in underserved cities within 25 miles of the Canadian border. Compensation, Benefits & Support Services Exceptional Earning: Avg. Earnings CA $2819.90 -$4,230.33 per day . ( Est. CA 634,549.50 a year from Collectible Production working 40 hours a week) To start - Locum Tenens 90 day contract - Minimum of CA $2819.90 - $3525.28 per day _ Compensation Basis _ - Providers paid bi-weekly on % of production with true-up NOT collections. Providers are typically shorted 4-12% due to collections comp. programs. Visa Sponsorship : Comprehensive legal fees & USCIS authorization costs for foreign-trained dentists meeting legal requirements Clinical Staff Support: Four-Handed Dentistry with experienced trained assistants Administrative Support: Robust Office, Regional and Corporate leadership structure Fast Start Option : Dentists with a NY State Medicaid ID can start within several weeks under a Locums Tenes Agreement to replace open positions. These are Fee-For-Time arrangements converted to employment after credentialing completion.
