Full Time Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Manager oversees all plant maintenance operations and safety programs. This dual role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic H&S management, ensuring equipment, facilities, and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in full regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, deep knowledge of corrugated manufacturing equipment, and proven experience leading maintenance teams in a high-volume environment. You’ll drive preventive maintenance, reduce downtime, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and workplace safety.
Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production and facility equipment.
Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Supervise and train maintenance technicians; Manage spare parts inventory and vendor/contractor service.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Support production, logistics, and other departments as required.
Serve as the facility’s Health & Safety Leader.
Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits; 5+ years of maintenance experience in corrugated, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing.
~ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
~ Proven leadership managing maintenance teams.
~ Solid understanding of OHSA, Lockout/Tagout, and safety best practices.
~ Experience with Lean, 5S, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
